Message	pre-load. Dane first disconnected the sway bars to eliminate this possibility. Lots of cars without coil overs don't set level because a sway bar is trying to lift up one wheel and push the other one down. If you try to level your car without first eliminating the pre-load, you are fighting this and making it worse. Install adjustable sway bar end links and adjust them.
